Sacks & Twines

Sacks & Twines is an inventory and dispatch system I built as my capstone for New Micheal, a sacks and twines supplier in Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. It runs on Next.js 16 with Convex, Tailwind CSS v4, and shadcn/ui.

I built the platform end to end: products, batches, suppliers, staff accounts, stock adjustments, audit trails, and FIFO dispatch, so the owner could track what moved and when without keeping a paper ledger.

For access control I implemented JWT-based Owner and Staff authentication, then paired it with an owner dashboard that surfaces stock levels and inventory activity in real time.
